Tailing conditions

The fishing seasons: There are two main seasons for sportfishing in the Florida Keys. The winter season, starting in October running thru April and summer season is April thru October.

Winter season: sailfish, king mackerel, wahoo, blackfin tuna, cobia, amberjack snapper, and grouper.

Summer season: dolphin (mahi-mahi) wahoo, blackfin tuna, amberjack, skipjack tuna, triple tail, and an occasional blue marlin, white marlin, or sailfish.
